Delivery & Returns
We offer free shipping worldwide, and free UK returns.
Orders for in-stock items received before 3pm (Monday to Friday) will be processed the same day. For any item on special order we will keep you updated with its progress and let you know when it has been dispatched.
If you require any methods of delivery, other than those detailed below, then please contact us.
Our standard free delivery is either via Royal Mail 2nd Class post or via a courrier depending on the size of the parcel.
Please note that orders over £75 in value will require a signature upon delivery. If you select Next Day delivery, this will also require someone to sign for it. If this is a problem, then please let us know.
Our standard free delivery is via Royal Mail Airmail (Small Packets). Royal Mail aims to deliver to Europe within 3 working days, and to other worldwide destinations within 5-7 working days. In most cases when the items reach the destination country, they will be delivered by the local postal service. Please note that orders over £75 in value will be sent via International Signed For and will require a signature upon delivery. If this is a problem, then please let us know.
Customs and Import
Please be aware that if you live outside the EU, local customs or import duties may be levied when your order reaches your country. These charges are beyond our control, and we are unable to predict what they will be. Customs policies vary between countries, so you may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.
It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods on any item which is mailed outside the EU. A custom’s declaration form stating the contents and value of the items will be attached to your package.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, then we are happy to refund or exchange items. Please return them in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact, within 28 days.
Please ensure that, in the interests of hygiene, briefs/ thongs/ bikini briefs are tried on over your underwear.
Should you need to return an item we would appreciate an email informing us of your intention to send it back . If a replacement is required, then please let us know in advance so that we can put one aside for you, or order it in.
When we receive your item back we will contact you to let you know and refund you as soon as possible, unless you have specified that you would like another item as a replacement. If this is required, then please let us know in advance.
A freepost returns label is enclosed with your goods, so simply attach this to your package; we recommend that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office. If you have misplaced your returns label you can print off another by here.
If returning items from overseas, then please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of return postage.
